I mean there are youtube tutorials for everything, so I mean not really. A ps3 in my opinion would be your best bet (a ps3 slim in particular) because you can do alot more than just normal nintendo emulating with it. You can upload retroarch to your ps3 (with softmodding) that should help. But yes there are instructions to do it all, I'll send a link. ps3 hen tutorial
