I'm good for a sinus infection twice a year. shite usually takes a good 3 weeks or so to clear for me. Settle in.

The good stuff is behind the counter but shite is strong and you have to take early in the morning.
Get the 12 hour and Zyrtec D is the least stimulating, then Allegra D, then Claritin D(you’ll be cleaning floors). I’d start with taking half.
I’ve tried every brand known to man but I’d try this if I were you. For me it’s helped the most and has an anti inflammatory affect. I take it in addition to a neti pot 2x a day
Advil sinus severe congestion
Also for the love of god can Doctors stop overprescribing Antibiotics? 95% of sinus infections are viral.
Good luck, just gotta ride it out.
