Yep, I mean you can get a quality home gym for less than 5k, but it ain’t gonna be like having a gym membership
I have prolly 15k+ in mine. Is it worth the squeeze….worth it just for my boys to see me lifting in my 40s and normalizing it
Plus with three boys in all kinds of sports it would be literally impossible for me to be able to get to a gym. Just wouldn’t happen and that’s why I built it to begin with. To have my kids lifting in there now is just bonus.
100% worth the squeeze for me but not cost effective unless you factor in time and ease of use
