CJ and JV are old school. BI and Zion are AAU generation.

CJ was doubted his entire life and has an internal fire. Jonas is from an environment none of us can imagine. They have work ethic, fire, and know how incredibly fortunate they are to create generational wealth. BI and Zion are completely different. Incredibly highly thought of since middle school and signed as top-5 players at Duke.

BI has now played 62, 61, 55, and 45 games in his four years with the Pels. I think the first two were shortened to 72 games because of Covid. Still…. The trend is not your friend. Hoping he somehow plays 65+ games this year, but I seriously doubt it. He is 26, and I’m all in favor of moving him for a quality guard/big man.

How do Zion and BI see a guys like CJ and Jonas and not feel ashamed? Or a desire to be like them?
Brandon Ingram is so frustrating.
