For me, it really depends on who the call is with. If I'm meeting with a co-worker who I have a casual relationship with, I will join a call wearing a ball cap and t shirt. If I'm meeting with a client, I'm at least going to wear a collared shirt and fix my hair. If I'm meeting with a prospective client, usually coat and tie, but those are typically in-person meetings.
