Remote work really highlights lateness. If you have a meeting in the office that starts at 10:30, it’s a bit more lax. Everybody generally starts making their way to the conference room at 10:30, and if the meeting starts ar 10:34 it’s no big deal. People are more proned to chit chat as it’s getting started and everyone is making their way in because they are in person. Once everybody started zooming, even being 2 minutes late feels like an eternity.
