re: Is timeliness no longer valued at all?

We live in a society in a perpetual state of arrested development decaying with apathy and selfishness.

Selfishness is the root of all of this. The rampant message of “be you” “you do you” “your truth” has ruined a generation of people.

Being perpetually late sends one message and one message only: I don’t give a frick about you or your time. This attitude permeates the vast majority of everyone under 50 and it’s disgusting.

I used to think it would mean more opportunities for the few of us who work hard but it’s just creating an insurmountable work load for those who still give a shite and the lazy selfish assholes are going to drag all of us down into the sewer with them. There’s not enough of us who care to elevate them so they’ll drown us instead.
