Anyone should have saw this one coming. Didnt play in exhibition on Monday, lots of other 2nd time transfers getting denied left and right over last several weeks as well.
NCAA just continues to fall flat on their face with things opening up a 2nd time transfer process that is so gray area'd nobody knows if they will be eligible or not. There has to be a better way than this.

Genuine question because I haven't been keeping up with the rules around it, but what is the gray area? Like why did all of these players and teams believe that they would be granted a 2nd time transfer waiver?
