They nailed Hawaii, we just got back from there, and the numbers of Toyota trucks on the road were unreal. I'm thinking you could combine all of the big 3 together, and they wouldn't equal Toyota sales. They like to put 4 to 6 inch lifts on them but have skinny highway tires on them. It's quite a sight.

I've told this story before. My wife always commented on the number of Tacos we saw in Hawaii. On the 3rd or 4th trip she ask one of the natives why that was. He said it is because they have that FE engine which means they run Fo Eva.

First time I went to HI was to Maui in 01. I had just traded my Taco TRD for an SUV and loved the thing. I was shocked how many Prerunners and TRD there were on the road. Everywhere. Back when they were all 2 door w fold down ext cab seats. 3 or 4 years later, went to Oahu and it had twice as many. I was like WTF
