Is this chart a reflection of the components in their guns?

It's a reflection of marketing. Sometimes marketers are telling you the truth when they say "our stuff is the best because XYZ", sometimes they're completely full of shite.

I've never owned a single Bushmaster component (that I know of) but I see them at the bottom of the list. They seemed to do fine during this 10,000 round torture test with minimal maintenance. I have a few ARs and I will almost certainly never put 10,000 rounds through one of them. I might, might go through 10,000 rounds through 3-4 of them combined.

For that test the accuracy threshold was 5 MOA at only 50 yards Most of us are aiming for much better than that as our minimum accuracy threshold. The manufacturers in s tier are 1 MOA or better at 100 yards. These are also the people who will likely purchase a new barrel before shite gets over 2 MOA.

There's a group of folks who use my manufacturer for sniping invasive goats in the Galapagos, from helicopters these dudes just slay, and have 2nd rifles to swap to once they heat up too much. LINK to goat slaying on YouTube. They claim all their service rifles are over 40k rounds of abuse so far. Oh yeah, my manufacturer isn't even on the tier list at all.

I've have a couple of their complete lowers and barreled uppers from the late 90s, never had a problem. After Remington bought them, they're quality went south.
A lower is a lower regardless of the rollmark, I put my money into the barrel, both carrier and lower parts kit.
