Rhythm n Soul on the same channel. Bands like Earth Wind and Fire, Average White Band, Ohio Players, etc. had some listenable stuff then. Black music today is rap and that ain't music.

Wow. I was having the same thoughts. The sixties were even more eclectic. You could listen to all sorts of genres in a matter of minutes. You could hear The Rolling Stones followed by Frank Sintra followed by a popular country tune. Truly a great time to listen to the radio and the reason why I love all sorts of different music.
