Do you, by any chance drink coffee? I’m convinced that go-go juice causes chronic inflammation in my body. Suffering real bad tendinitis at the moment. But, like you, it’s always something: back pain, tennis elbow, shoulder issues, whatever. Really wanna quit the stuff to see if it makes a difference, but I fall back off the wagon time and again after a couple of weeks at a time.
I always tell people why have caffeine if you don't have to. Just stop having it and don't go back.

I’m trying, but it’s clearly addictive. The couple of times I’ve been able to abstain for any length of time I got the usual headaches on the first couple of days, then awful body aches that would move around; starting with low back then down to different parts of my hips and legs. Lasted for about 2 weeks. If you can’t go through your day normally without the stuff, something is definitely wrong.
