Whats already proven that his weight is a direct cause of his injuries? Who was that proven by? Would less weight help his injuries? Maybe, maybe not. Sure he could stand to lose some weight but using Duke as a reference is silly. The competition in the NBA especially inside the post and paint is nowhere near what he faced in college. I honestly think the way he plays inside the added muscle helps? Does that create propensity for more injuries- maybe. But you can’t say thats proven by any means.

Zion. He stated that his conditioning and weight has contributed to his injury issues and recovery.

It's an incredible advantage. But it comes with trade offs, such as being more vulnerable to injury, less stamina and flexibility.

Yes we can. It's a proven scientific fact. There is not one expert or knowledgeable person that would try to claim there is not a correlation.
