I have a spot at the end of the lawn where my St Aug is turning yellow. It did this to me last year and a big patch died off and i plugged it in the spring and it came back. Now it's doing it again. Pick attached. For reference, I've been here 2 years, previous owners did the Randy Lemmon schedule and i've stuck to that pretty well.
Pic for reference.

Recurring in the same location and time as last year, suggest to me either large patch LINK or take all patch (take all root rot) LINK.

Environmental conditions are favorable for these diseases now. Read both fact sheets for symptoms to see if they apply to your situation. If so, treat with Scott’s Disease EX (asoxystrobin) - follow label directions.

I treated with Nitro-Phos Eagle .39G about 6 weeks ago. Any issue with adding the Scotts at this point?

That is the best thing that could happen to it.

No - according Nitro-Phos Eagle (myclobutanil) label, application interval can be 2 to 4 weeks in Sept/Oct for large (brown) patch and Take-All Patch. I’m under the impression that asoxystrobin would be a superior fungicide for those two lawn diseases, and rotating the fungicides is advised to minimize the potential for disease resistance.

Spreading some peat moss over that area should knock it out too
