re: Today I saw a lady in Wal Mart pushing a baby stroller with two baby dolls in it.

She’s hoping that she can take both of the dolls to the DHS office and get them on Medicaid so she can then file for Medicaid. Then she can stay at home and eat WIC cheese quesadillas for free and down it with a h gallon of free milk.
