I'm not a runner either. Never have been, most likely never will be.

I do however love walking and hiking. I like the outdoors and solitude that walking a trail gives. Weather permitting (aka above 25 degrees and not storming) I try to start every day with a nice long walk.

I love walking, it's great. Walking's biggest CON is time. It takes friggin time.
