I just flew on a 30 year old 757 to Iceland and it was fine. Ireland isn’t but another hour in the air. The A321 will be similar in size. I would jump at the chance to fly on an A350 just to say I been on one. Whether it’s 3x3 or 3x3x3, you’re gonna get the same 30” seat and narrow aisle in economy.

Unfortunately, this is what I've come to learn:
I'd rather the cabin roominess of a wide body, but they don't seem like viable options from DC.
Icelandair is much cheaper ($300 each x 4) than Aer Lingus if I want to use Chase Ultimate Rewards points or book through Chase.
Booking direct with Aer Lingus is less expensive, but would be all cash vs using points.
