The most disturbing part is when he failed his 767 type rating they included the following comment:
"When confronted with something unexpected, he would panic and start pushing the wrong buttons."
Previous airline employer confirmed:
"When faced with an unexpected event, he would start pressing random buttons in order to feel like he was doing something."
He should have been permanently banned from flying any aircraft.
