Valley Ranch/ Los Colinas is great, but probably majority /near majority dot Indians /Middle Eastern now.
It's a great area but Irving ISD kind of sucks. Ranchview isn't a bad school if you can buy in the Carrolton ISD but all of the great performing Irving schools are magnet except for a few isolated elementary schools.
