i would trust anything i heard from the Band. When we were on our way back from Atlanta in 2003 the LSU athletic department called the band directors to let them know we were going to the National Championship game...they usually have the inside scoop..

That's funny, last night I asked my son's eighth grade band director regarding this rumor and he had no knowledge of this information. Then I asked the other members of his band and not one of them had any confirmation regarding where LSU was going. Oh, they had opinions, but NONE had any concrete information or could confirm this. So much for 'solid'.
Somebody is not being totally truthful about this.
From the informationites on this board, 'some' always say 'the band knows everything'.
