Just like you can out drive your headlights by speeding, you can out drive the siren. Not all legally deaf people can't hear. Technology has come a long way.

1.) You realize police departments are the government and that cops are government employees, right?
2.) If cops feel that they have a right to kill deaf people that may happen to be driving so that they can help other cops, then you should announce that to the public so deaf people know cops have a license to kill them, and put it in your training manuals.
