Non native game aka exotics are considered fair game and can be legally harvested.

I believe they can be shot at any time. Ie there isn’t a season for them.

Yes exotics in Texas that are free ranging or escapes are fair game year round and pretty much any time of day. With that being said, you shoot one not on your land and obviously one you didn’t own, well that’s another rabbit hole that if caught you might be on the hook for but it’s a green light on the trigger part.
