If you pulled the burner assembly, you can install a new one. Just order a new burner assembly. I just did one of mine, same problem and it works perfect now.

So guy came out ($90) and said he needed to change burner assembly for $600! WTF! I pulled it so I know the time it takes. Burner online is $150 ish.
