He's the producer and star of the movie. Some of you pretend like he just walked off a spaceship and some stranger handed him a mysterious object.
There are several eye witness reports that say Baldwin fired the gun by acting like some sort of badass and negligently discharging the gun. I dont know the laws in SD or wherever they are, but that fricking guy shot and killed that woman because he was being a dumbass. No different than someone speeding and killing an innocent bystander. Its an inherently dangerous object and he didnt use sufficient care.

When reached for comment, Baldwin's attorney said, "During the jury selection and voir dire process, I intend to ensure that there are at least 3 white women on the panel. My client will be exonerated."
