re: When did skeletons become a public Halloween version of elf on the shelf?

Got a skeleton down my street behind a legit full size wooden bar with 2 skeletons on stools with a Crown bottle on the bar with a gigantor skeleton on the side. It’s a head turner every time I drive by it. Pretty creative.
