People have. There’s some “satisfaction survey” that can be filled out online and people have voiced their complaints. It’s not the fans fault that whoever is in charge of concessions doesn’t pay attention to the issues.
If anything, it’s getting worse rather than better.

I didn’t unwrap until I was back at my seat. I’m not going back down there to haggle over $7 and miss the game.
