So you don't think that the money we give them allows them to spend money elsewhere? Again, we paid for it - maybe not directly, but our taxes allowed them to send funds towards this project.

We’ve been working with laser missile defense stuff for a fair amount of time, pretty sure it was ship based. Not sure where we are now with it.
