If congress gives the president a bill that removes the "bump stock ban" Ron will sign it. So will Trump.

The bump stock ban was done by Executive Action and the problem is Congress is not doing its job and is allowing defacto "laws" to be made by the executive and the alphabet agencies in their rule making...
