they'll have engineers to deal with that.
we just finished a new building at waterford 3 and had to de-water the entire site for two weeks just so we could dig an 8' deep hole for a lift station

When they dug the foundations for the LNB building (whatever it's called now) in downtown BR, they froze the area with liquid nitrogen. That's what a professor told us anyway.
