Drink plenty of water.

Eat right.

Get plenty of vitamin D/sunshine and vitamin K. (Eat salmon and eggs)


Exercise exercise exercise


Stay on your feet and don't lounge. Whatever you do keep walking and moving, make a step count goal each day (like 15,000 steps).
