Destination weddings are BS. Have a wedding locally and then spend $$$ on the Honeymoon and go wherever you want. It's also inconsiderate to your prospective attendees.... you're not only wasting your money but also wasting a lot of money for other people.... many older people on fixed incomes (with inflation now) don't have that kind of money for a wedding and even if they have the money they don't want to spend it on this.

They won't tell you this..... but I will.
