Question. How many AirBNBs are on property in which someone lives on?
Someone could have a small living area in their back yard or something on their property that was converted into a small room for people to stay.
Is supply really the issue in this housing market? Prices are outrageous.
Also, how many of those AirBNBs are homes owned by someone who only goes their seasonally so for the rest of the year they use it as an AirBNB.
