The commute home is what going to blow, especially if you work till 4. 225 is a shitshow after about 330
Agree. There’s not a good time to beat the afternoon commute. It starts at 4 and is a mess until around 7.

i live in tomball, and work in stafford,
I leave stupid early 4:30am and come home at 3:00
at that time, it's usually 35-45 minutes
If your co can flex your hours, and hour earlier would be significant difference, but if I left at 4, instead of 3, it would be 1.5+ hours to get home, ranting all the way

I am the north west side of the loop and it’s about 30-40 minutes to deer Park in the morning and a 30-60 minutes on the way back but I am rarely in the office after 4 for that reason.
Unless you have some family reasons to live in spring, I wouldn’t. The ghetto parts of Spring are some of the worse parts of Houston and the non-ghetto spots aren’t all that great either.
