I have dealt with the exact same thing you have described here. The Insomnia is being caused by sleep anxiety, which is your brain and body now fearing getting in bed and going to sleep because you are worried about not getting enough sleep.
As others have mentioned, there are several supplements that could help you.. look up Andrew Huberman on YouTube as he has some good natural supplements that can and do help.
Really though, your own mental state and relationship with sleep is what’s causing it. As someone else said, learning to simply “not care” like you once did is the trick, although that’s easier said than done, I know.
Look into the Sleep Reset app, it’s basically a CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy insomnia) program at a fraction of the cost of a real sleep study. You will find that they tell you in order to reset your biological clock, you should actually go to bed Later to begin with and rise at the same time each day, getting sunlight within 30 minutes. This will make you more tired the first week of doing it and hopefully make you fall and stay asleep quicker.
Also, get blood work done if you haven’t to rule out it’s not anything else external causing it. Good luck, I know it’s a bitch.

In my other post (deleted), I basically said this. I've been dealing with it for months, and very early going through CBT-i and like it so far.
