The most obvious is to never pay back. Second option would be to over inflate money supply, think a 100.00 for a loaf of bread. They would pay yesterday’s money back in useless money. They of course would need to reign in the money they over inflated to bring down the price of that loaf of bread scenario but probably fail, cause massive deaths around the world along with war.
