In case anyone is interested, here is a link to the St Jude's site on this form of cancer. Interesting that it is considered a pediatric form of cancer. Survival rates, which you can see from the link, are ~70% without spread to spinal canal and ~60% with. I give these numbers in case some folks are considering donation but are wondering how poor the prognosis is. While the numbers aren't great, they clearly show a fighting chance and perhaps support would be helpful, if you are so inclined. Website also shows what the common treatments may be.
