I’m not wanting to fire BK, but he has to let these kids play.

Unfortunately, we will never know what talent we have at CB. We have CB’s that have played bump and run, 7 vs 7 for the last 10 years of their life and the coaches want them to play drop coverage zone. They are now passive and lack confidence. I agree that you have to play zone some, but even when we are in man coverage they are in a passive position 15 yds off the WR.

Lets not act like they aren't ever playing man. These kids aren't just getting destroyed in zone concepts, they're playing more zone because they aren't any good at man and when they do play man they're getting destroyed just as bad.

I also think there's a concerted effort to have this zone thing much improved by the second weekend in November against when they play Milroe.
