It was an awful call. JD does have to try to get a completion though, or throw it away to keep it manageable 4th and 5.

I get what you’re saying but If that drive would have been successful ole miss wouldn’t have had over 700 yards, LSU would have actually out gained them.

No one in this thread is blaming the offense for the loss.

But…. You have to be a complete moron to not understand how crucial it was for LSU to get a first down to win the game and what a horrific play call it was in that situation.
