In my limited experience if McDs and BK are considered 1, 2 then the most underrated burger is from Wendy’s. Fresh never frozen. I’ll eat her out before either McDonald or the King.

The town of Jennings doesn’t do much of anything better than any other place, but their Burger King burgers and Popeyes spicy chicken are always hot, taste fresh, and are tops for those chains.
The customer service at that Popeyes, though, is amongst the worst of Popeyes chains, which is staying something.
