Yes it needs to happen. But what coach is going to want to come here, saddled by Carr’s contract and other ridiculous salary cap killers on the books? They’re just going to end up with another retread coach. There are dark days ahead for this franchise. The dance is over and it’s time to pay the piper.

I know Carr isn't all world, but he's definitely better than this.
This is all on Carmichael.
This receiving corps is tops in the league and Carr is capable enough with this defense.
It's all on coaching/playcalling at this point.
