We eat of a bunch, just at places that take reservations. Which isn’t just fine dining in New Orleans
We eat all those other things but just order them to pick up thru apps. Covid changed the way we eat out

Because it is much more efficient. The less my employees have to talk on the phone with people the better. It is still common for them to have to explain the whole menu to a person who could have used an app with a solid UI. At some point that person is slowing down the whole process
