Everyone knows about Jim Brown’s greatness, but Jimmy was usually No2 in rushing behind Brown. One year he beat Brown for the rushing title.
His battles with Hall of Fame LB Sam Huff were legendary.

I'm pretty sure that when Jim Brown retired, the entire top 10 rushing seasons in NFL history comprised of just seasons by Jim Brown and Jim Taylor
Jim Taylor is also still the last white guy to lead the NFL in rushing. McCaffrey came close in 2019, he was #3, and so far this year he's the leading rusher so we'll see if he can keep that pace.
