It's mosquito borne so lockdowns wouldn't help.

Nothing you can do about it except monitor blood in case a transfusion is needed. Asia has no issues with dealing with it because it is common, but doctors here don't have experience with it

Immune to a strain after you get it, but with each strain your risk of brain hemorrhage increases or something like that. Passes if you get bit by an infected mosquito. A few cases every year in the States but usually from people getting it elsewhere and flying here then symptoms show up

It is not an airborne thing and no shutdowns. But mosquito abatement increasing now would be a smart move
