This should be the norm at every stadium as the suites are reliant on the program/team as a whole, sold a season if not years in advance, and are going to be priced the same no matter how high they are off the field, as long as they are on the sidelines. Same with club level to a lesser extent.

At least by putting actual seats in better locations, you can charge a premium and they are more likely to be sold and utilized (generating higher concession income) on a game to game basis.
