Yes. And no I can’t turn it with my hands.
It’s not locked. It’s been hard to open for a while and now it won’t open at all. I’m really not interested in fricking with it myself anymore, I’m just looking for somewhere to bring it that can do it in a day. The dealership wants me to make an appointment to drop it off and they will get to it when they get to it.

I replaced mine, frickin ford dealer charged me like 160 to paint match to truck color cause replacement comes in black. bought the handle for about $50 and part inside the gate that pulls the rods in, tailgate works smooth as butter now.

Just came across this thread. Other than a dealership(that may or may not have whatever parts you need in stock), it'd be hard for you to find somewhere that can do it in a day. I work in the collision industry and deal with stuff like this all the time. Most places would have to take a look at it, determine exactly what part needs to be changed(could be handle, could be rods, could be clips that hold rods to handle, could be one or both latches), then order the parts. Once the parts are at a shop, it would be a pretty quick fix.
