They keep their genetics in the refrigerator with candy bars, ice cream, and 3 liter cokes.

I'm skeptical that something so effective (and I, like I'm sure many here have seen some relatively fat people lose weight quickly on it) doesn't have some big underlying side effects waiting in the future.

But as for loss of muscle mass, it seems like that could be mitigated somewhat with strength training. And I still have to think being a bit of girly-man (in Hanz and Franz voice) is probably better for your health than being a giant lard arse

Ha. These people are expecting a drug to solve all their problems and you think they’ll go gym?
