The beings in these hoas are little hitlers that hate their lives, regular jobs and use their position to get their frustrations out.

I think HOAs serve a good purpose an I understand the need…with that said, I will do my damndest to never live in a neighborhood with one again.
My story:
Got a notice that one of bushes in the front was over grown…wife never liked the bush, so I had it removed…HOA then gave us a notice the fence it was in front of needed repair…removed all the slats, but left the poles up, matched the type of wood and the stain to the original fence and kept the exact same dimensions as existing fence…got another notice that the dimensions were wrong, when I questioned them, they said the rules had changed since that fence was built…
I was in the process of moving so I fixed the fence in the cheapest manner possible and then was told that my garbage cans could now be seen from the street that my fence didn’t adequately cover them…the picture that was provided was 5 houses down…that is where you can see them…
Started putting my garbage cans in the garage…
None of that bullshite made the property values better…that was just a lot of abuse of power and since you have very little recourse if these HOAs are unreasonable, I will just not sign on to one again.
