I’m not sure what acumen you think you’ve attained that somehow exceeds that of the lawyer but it appears you’re in over your head. The comment you made in your letter stating a 12 month lease constituted a commercial contract tells me you have no idea what you’re talking about. You continue to grandstand as some bastion of justice while harassing a home owner within his legal rights and trying to evict a single mother of three (which you cannot do as it is my home). The tenant was vetted thoroughly; et al. background check, income and credit checks. This whole situation makes me not only question your intelligence but also makes you look like a huge jerk. Please exercise your legal right to contact an attorney. I assure you he will tell you the same thing. Not a single line in the bylaws states that I can’t continue as I am. I had a newborn a couple weeks ago and only moved to work and accommodate raising my child. You can’t force me to let my house sit vacant or sell. Have a blessed day.
