Feel free to add to the list

quote:

I don't think talent in and of itself is the reason why you win championships.

quote:

Here are the three spots where the cupboard needs a little improvement for us to do the things that we need to accomplish: One of them is on offense, one of them is on defense and one is special teams.

quote:

We'd like to win and certainly that's what we will pursue.”

quote:

I think our defense had a great plan, ... I think the mixture of pressure and the athleticism of our team in that style of offense is a problem. We anticipated good play from our defense.

quote:

I think that will continue. I think everybody fits ideas into the system they have and the personnel they're coaching. We share it with people that are friends with our program and will keep it disclosed, so not to give away anything that we're certainly counting on winning games with.

quote:

Don't get me wrong, I know the answers. I mean I can tell you exactly what's wrong. But I choose not to, and I'm honest when I say I'm DECEPTIVE. I'm supposed to be. But it's with forethought, not to be entertaining, not to be flippant, but to be thoughtful of the team you represent.

And of course the famous triple negative
quote:

I don’t think there wasn’t a guy who didn’t share in what was an SEC championship.

quote:

I would like nothing better than to play USC for the title. I can tell you this, that they have a much easier road to travel. They're going to play real knockdown drag-outs with UCLA and Washington, Cal-Berkeley, Stanford -- some real juggernauts -- and they're going to end up, it would be my guess, in some position so if they win a game or two, that they'll end up in the title.

This is the best one yet
quote:

When I wake up in the morning and I turn that film on, it’s like reading a book, and it’s exciting … I don’t read books, but if I read books, it would be like reading a book.

On Nick Saban being at Bama
quote:

We really have enjoyed the accomplishments that coach had while he was at LSU. He left, went by way of another stop, now is back in the conference. I can tell you that's one game on our schedule, no more than one. I can tell you that we really have not changed anything. There will be no bearing on what we do that's different. We look forward to getting to that game.

quote:

I don't think that there's been, in my time at LSU, any real differences in philosophy.

Wow
quote:

The return game is one that it's very interesting with the ball being placed at the 30 and kicking it off.

"Do what I do, Let It rest. I play Football for LSU. I am preparing for Ar-Kansas"

-Les before Ark. game last year. Most Idiotic remarks I have ever heard.

Great quotes. Thanks!

I know that Coach certainly looks forward to competing for a championship and looking forward to pursuing victory next year in all three areas.

If you take away the fake punt, a few long pass plays, and some other plays, our defense played pretty well.......... Pretty much verbatim what he said on Monday Press conference after Ole Miss game! Oh, and "I like my gysh", and he fricking loves to say " And I can tell you this" about 5 or 6 times during presser, along with a hundred or so "uh I uh uh's". How could Miles ever sit down and impress anyone enough in an interview to get such a high profile job as LSU's head coach. Oh I forgot, the golden jew, Bertman, was doing the interview and his purse strings are tighter than a snare drum. He was a cheap hire, but then you end up paying HIM what you could have used to bring in a much higer profile coach in here!

I recall something about "peripheral chatter".

I love some of his quotes. And when he says "uh" too much, it appears as though he is thinking about what he wants to say so he can say it just right....doesn't bother me any.

Wow this board has fricking flipped lately don't get me wrong i've been pissed with miles performance lately but i love how at the beginning of the season you guys couldnt fit enough of miles cock in your mouths proclaiming him as the best coach in college football and now y'all are wiping your asses with your 'fear the hat' t-shirts, calling for his head, and arguing over which thing he has said sounds least intelligent what not...i'll remain unspoken on this matter but jeez you guys need to take a break from football but then again so do i that being said i'm stealing the bama fans saying: "...well there's always next season"

this might be the best one yet....The season is over and now he says...

"I told the team that's the last time," he said. "It ain't happening anymore. The seniors and those individuals that busted their tail in that game, it's sad, because that's one that should have been marked in the win column."
