My initial reaction to this news was *vomit*
He didn’t have a path to a victory at this point and I could understand dropping out and trying to unite behind another Republican.
But Landry? *vomit*
I can kind of see maybe if he gets a position in the Landry admin, he can try to implement sone ideas. But that would require an intelligence and commitment to state issues from Landry that I have yet to see.

Beating the Democrat candidate should be the primary objective of all Louisiana Republicans. Landry is not perfect but will be a major improvement over JBE. Don’t let “perfect” be the enemy of good.
